Howdy, Shinerama lovers extraordinaire! Hopefully this blog post finds you well. At the very least, hopefully this blog post finds you on the edge of your seat, tapping your foot, reading anxiously to discover the 7 Habits. The thought of your energy and enthusiasm to read this post energizes and enthuses me… and I want to get to these 7 “crafty” points, however I rarely ‘drop knowledge’ without giving a little bit of background information with a philosophical twist. I wanted to write this post because I truly feel that setting up a solid committee makes your experience as a Shinerama coordinator easier and much more enjoyable. As a Shinerama leader, delegation will become your most important responsibility! Section 3 of your resource manual will give you all sorts of hints on how to recruit volunteers and how to organize your committee.
